Scootachu used Assist!

Hey again! I'm very excited that I get to help my good ol' pal, RTB (and I guess it even helps Apoc) make some shiny Pokemon textures for an upcoming pack! (FUCK YEAH! DEWOTT'S IN IT TOO!!! Oh, also Victini and Reshiram and stuff...)
